Bill Schlanger, CPA
Bill has been a practicing CPA in Colorado for over 30 years, serving primarily as a tax consultant. He earned a Masters Degree in Taxatin from the University of Denver in 1986. He spent time with Coopers and Lybrand as a Tax Manager, and went on to start his own tax and accounting practice in 1994. Bill currently runs a successful CPA practice in Castle Rock, CO. In addition to the standard tax and accounting services, Bill provides outsourced CFO services to a number of companies, and specializes in IRS examinations and dispute resolution.

Bonnie Buckley - Tax Manager
Bonnie has over 20 years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns and over 25 years in accounting. She has worked in the tax department of CPA firms in Colorado and previously in New York. This includes over 6 years at a Mahoney Cohen & CO & midsize New York CPA firm and over 9 years at Ernst and Young LLP’s Denver office. Bonnie works for us full time during tax season, and part-time during the rest of the year.

Kali Gilliland - Staff Accountant
Kali works with small businesses and their owners. She prepares financial statements, helps with bookkeeping, and prepares business and individual income tax returns. She has an excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks software.

Jane Fleming - Bookkeeper and Construction Accounting ___ Specialist
Jane is the bookkeeper for a number of diverse companies. She has a great working knowledge of construction, having built houses in a previous career. In addition to construction accounting, she is our resident Quickbooks software specialist, helping start-ups and growing companies with their bookkeeping issues.

Sue Schlanger - Office Manager
Sue is responsible for keeping the office up and running. She manages the flow of all of the tax return documents, from the source data coming in to the tax returns that are completed and given to our clients.
